Access Your Contact Data Anywhere, Anytime; SaaS-Cloud Computing Platform Supports Wide Variety of CRM, eMail, Mobile Devices, IM and Social Networks
WASHINGTON, DC – – February 8, 2010 – CYNCZ LLC today announced general availability of the Beta version of the CYNCZ™ contact management technology. CYNCZ is based on a patent-pending suite of technologies that automatically synchronize and aggregate contact data and information across address books contained in many industry-leading CRM, eMails, Mobile Communication Device, Instant Messaging, and Social Networks. Via active synchronization methodologies CYNCZ eliminates the need for subscribers to manually update and manage disparate contacts.
Delivered via a Software-as-a-Services/Cloud (SaaS-Cloud) computing architecture CYNCZ is the only solution to provide patent-pending “rule-based two way” synchronization that permits users to choose precisely which contacts to sync from various contact sources. CYNCZ also provides an innovative “roll back” feature allowing users to back-up and restore their contacts or address books if data/device loss or account cancellation occurs.
Once the user activates CYNCZ and chooses which address book(s) or contact source(s) to synchronize, CYNCZ will automatically conduct scheduled or on-demand two-way synchronization and aggregation of contact data across various devices. If any contact information changes in any designated address book that change is automatically updated on all other selected contact sources and address books.
CYNCZ eliminates the challenges of manually entering contact data into various address books and also relieves subscribers from manually keeping track of contact details by updating any changed information. As a result, the most current contact information is available on any source or device, at any time.
Jaya Pandey, founder and CEO of CYNCZ, comments on the diverse platforms CYNCZ is supporting with its Beta release.
"In our Beta launch we already have integrated support for Outlook 2007, Gmail, Live/Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, and saleforce.com. This broad platform addresses one of the most fundamental problems with existing contact management systems – the inability to efficiently update contact information across systems developed by different manufacturers. Our research indicates that for business and consumer communities, alike, subscribers of these well-known systems feel somewhat trapped when they try to export or share contact data across their various contact platforms. CYNCZ allows user to be in charge of their contacts at all times on all platforms.”
How Does CYNCZ Work – and What are Some Unique Features?
- Media are invited to register for CYNCZ using the following beta link: http://www. CYNCZ.com/pages/register.aspx.
- Once subscribers login and select the contact sources (Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail/Live mail, Yahoo mail, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, and saleforce.com, etc.), CYNCZ will automatically do 2-way synchronization from across the selected contact sources so that contacts are accessible anytime, anywhere.
- Any subsequent change on any contact information will be automatically synchronized in other contact systems that a user has selected. As a result, contact details are always current on all contact sources and address books.
- Contact data is also backed-up on www. CYNCZ.com which only the user/subscriber can access using secure passwords and other authentication techniques.
CYNCZ also announced today that it is also going to offer a de-duplication algorithm interface to users allowing users to remove and manage multiple instances of a contact and create a consistent version of contact data across all address books. CYNCZ also announced that it is going to release a robust roll back feature which will allow user to revert back to saved contact data in instances where systems or data is lost – for example a lost cell phone or mobile device.
The official CYNCZ production version is scheduled to launch in June of 2010 and is expected to support Android®, MacMail®, AOL mail®, Facebook®, LinkedIn®, and many more platforms.
