	CYNCZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, RELAIBLE.
	CYNCZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
	CYNCZ DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF SERVICES IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELAIBILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
	YOU UNDERSTAND THAT CYNCZ USES THIRD PARTY VENDORS AND HOSTING PARTNERS TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, NETWORKING, STORAGE, AND RELATED TECHNOLOGY REQUIRED TO RUN THE SERVICES. CYNCZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT, ERROR, AND INFORMATION, INTELLECTUAL PROPOERTY NOTICES THEREIN.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CYNCZ and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to arising out of content you submit, post or transmit using the Services.

Governing Law

You agree that your use of Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Maryland, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. All disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall be brought in state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Termination and Cancellation:


	You are solely responsible for proper cancellation of your account. An email or telephone request is not considered as a cancellation request. You will have to manually cancel your account for Services by logging by uninstalling components of Services manually.

	CYNCZ, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for any reason at any time.

	CYNCZ reserves the right to refuse Services to anyone for any reason at any time.

Copyright and Ownership of Content


	The User Interface, Designs, Website look and feel of the Services are copyright of CYNCZ. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the XHTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from CYNCZ.

	We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Services. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.

	CYNCZ does not pre-screen Content, but CYNCZ has right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via Service.
